To Secure Your Order, A 50% Non Refundable Deposit Of The Total Amount Is Required At The Time Of Booking. This Deposit Confirms Your Order For The Selected Date. Bookings Are Not Confirmed Until A Deposit Has Been Received. The Remaining Balance Of The Order Is To Be Paid In Full Seven (7) Days Prior To Pick Up Or Delivery Date, Unless Otherwise Agreed Upon. Clients Are Also Welcome To Pay In Full Upfront At The Time Of Booking. All Payments Are Made Via A Direct Bank Transfer. If You Are Only Able To Pay By Credit Card, Please Make Us Aware Of This At The Booking Time.

You May Incur A $25 Admin Fee If You Make Changes To Your Order Without Good Reason. Each Change Takes PCC Time To Alter In Your Booking And Invoice. It May Also Cost PCC In Goods Already Purchased/Made. Once You Have Received Your Invoice, It Is Assumed You Are Happy With All Prices And Goods Ordered. This Being Said, If You Would Like To Add More Onto The Order, This Is Subject To Availability And Notice. Please Ensure You Are Sure Of The Number Of Guests, Design And Date Before Confirming.

Any Cancellations Will Result In The Loss Of Your Non-Refundable Deposit. If You Are To Cancel A Purchase Made Via The Online Shop, We Will Refund The Order Minus A $25 Processing Fee (Only If At Least 7 Days Notice Has Been Given and No products have been made yet). All Cancellations Or Changes Must Be In Writing. If You Cancel Your Booking Within 3 Days Of Your Pick Up Or Delivery Date, unfortunately The Full Booking Amount Will Be Forfeited. If You Fail To Show To Your Requested Appointment Time For Collection Of Your Order, We May Not Be Available Until Our Next Business Day For A Recollection. We Cannot Refund For Cakes That Have Not Been Collected Within Business Hours. We Understand That Things Do Come Up, If You Need To Move Your Date, You Will Need To Notify PCC In Writing With Notice. The New Date Will Be Subject To Availability And We May Not Be Able To Carry Over The Deposit.

We Want You To Be 100% Happy With Your Pcc Order! However, Refunds That Are Requested Due To Dissatisfaction Of Design, Colour Shade Or General Decoration Will Not Be Honoured. It Is Up To You To Make Your Design Wishes Clear By Providing Enough Detail And Allowing Us To Guide You With Your Design. We Trust You Have Selected PCC Because You Love Our Style And Trust Our Professional Experience/Opinions and Our Great Reputation. If You Are Unsatisfied With The Flavour Quality Of Your Cake And Request A Refund, This Will Be Assessed At The Discretion Of Our Staff. In These Circumstances, The Cake Must Be Returned back to our premises within 5 days post collection.

Unfortunately, We Are Unable To Issue A Refund For A Cake / Dessert Item That Has Been Consumed.

If You Are Unhappy At Pick Up, There Is Always A Good Chance Of Us Finding A Solution. Please Be Aware That Sending Someone Else To Collect The Cake Means That This Will Not Be An Option To You.

**Any Damage Occurring Due To Your Transport Or Mishandling After The Cake Leaves Our Address, We May Be Able To Help Fix But This Is Entirely Up To Our Availability. So Please Be Very Careful Especially With Your Tall Cakes.

Admin Fees Are Charged For Shop Refunds When Availability Has Been Disregarded. This Is To Cover The Fees We Have Paid For Stripes Payment Platform Services In Taking Your Payments And Refunding Them. Changes To Orders Also Incur Admin Fees As We Have To Pay Our Staff To Make The Changes To The Run Sheets, Resend Invoices And Spend More Time Discussing These Changes. A Late Fee Of $25 Also Applies If Your Order Is Sent Through After Our Cut Off Day (Sunday 5pm Each Week Prior). We Hate Charging These Fees, However, We Need To Cover Costs To Run Our Small Business And Appreciate Your Understanding.

Pcc Aims To Provide As Much Detail And Assistance In Relation To Best Storage For Your Order In Person And Via Our Website. Pcc Takes No Responsibility If A Cake Is Damaged After It Has Been Picked Up By The Client Or A Designated Person, Or, Delivered To The Client’s Address Or Event Space. 

Orders Can Be Elected To Be Either Picked Up From The Pcc Address, Or To Be Delivered In The Case Of Weddings. This Must Be Stated At The Time Of Your Booking. Orders Must Be Picked Up At The Agreed Upon Time As We Operate A Strict Schedule And Often Have Other Deliveries Or Pick Ups To Fulfil. If You Are Late, You May Have To Come Back To Collect Or You May Have To Pay For Delivery/Uber Of Your Cake.

In Order To Quote You For Delivery, We Require An Address. Cake Delivery Times Are Agreed Upon At The Time Of Booking By The Client And Pcc. All Delivery Times Are Given As A Delivery Window Estimate, And Pcc Will Aim To Be In Touch On The Day Of Delivery To Give A More Accurate Time.

Pcc Cannot Guarantee The Freshness Of Your Product If You Are Unable To Give Adequate Notice For A Change In Pick Up Time.

Due To The Nature Of The Design + Creative Process, We Do Not Copy Or Replicate Other Artist’s Work exactly. We May Use Your Inspiration Images As Inspiration Only. No Two Cakes Can Ever Be The Same - Even My Own Designs.

If You Would Like Your Cake Florals To Be An Exact Match To Your Event Flowers, Please Ask Your Florist To Provide The Flowers. We Do, However, Endeavour To Match The Flower Inspo As Closely As Possible.

If You Do Get Your Florist To Provide Flowers For The Cake, Please Ensure They Have A Your Cake Inspo Pics As We Have Quite Often Arrived At Venues To Find The Flowers Are Not Sufficient With What Has Been Requested By The Bride And Groom.

We Are Happy To Postpone The Order If It Is Cancelled Due To A Close Contact/Covid Case (Subject To Availability). We Will Provide A Credit For The Amount Paid Minus An Admin Fee If We Do Not Have Availability To Move The Order To The Next Requested Date. If You Choose To Not Proceed With The Order And Dont Plan To Order In The Future, You Will Forfeit Your Deposit. These Options Are Only Applicable If Sufficient Notice Is Given (5 Days+ Prior). Please Understand That To Continue To Function As A Business, We Have To Charge An Admin Fee For The Time, Processing Fees And Possible Products That May Have Been Purchased For Your Order. Your Cake Leftovers Can Be Frozen For Up To 30 Days If Placed In An Airtight Container. Cookies Can Be Frozen Too As Well As Cupcakes.

As Buttercream Does Soften And Can Melt In Direct Sunlight, It Is Best To Display It Indoors In An Air Conditioned Room. If It Is Outside, I Would Recommend Cutting It Within 2 Hours. If It Is Inside, It Can Be Displayed For Up To 4 Hours But I Would Highly Recommend Always Cutting It As Soon As Possible While It Looks Fresh Out Of Refrigeration.

Yes! To Ease Your Event Planning, We Do Hire An Array Of Cake Stands . Cake Stands Are Available To Hire For Our Cake Customers Only. A Bond Of $50 Will Be Taken When Hiring A Stand And Refunded Once The Stand Is Returned In Its Original State In The Expected Time Frame. All Stands Are Picked Up Or Delivered With Your Order. Return Of The Stand Is Due At Our Studio Before Or On The Thursday Of The Following Week Post Your Event (In Time For The Next Person Hiring It). Please Be Mindful That You Could Effect Someone Else’s Event If You Do Not Return Your Stand In Time And You Will Be Invoiced For Another Hire Fee If This Occurs. 

Unless Due To Good Reason, We Cannot Make Changes To Your Order Or Invoice Without A $25 Admin Fee Being Added To The Order. Each Change Made Takes Us Time And May Cost Us In Goods Already Purchased. Please Understand That We Cannot Always Accomodate Date Changes Due To Capacity And You May Lose Your Deposit If This Is Not Considered Prior To Booking.
