Extremely light and fluffy vanilla sponge (not a super dense/moist cake due to its sponginess).

We recommend combining it with pretty much any filling for added taste/moisture besides nutella/biscoff due to the texture.

*PLEASE NOTE: this flavour cannot be iced very well as a 4-6 layer cake, semi naked cake, or number cake due to its sponginess. Cracks in the icing will be your worst enemy if you select vanilla sponge for anything other than a retro cake.

All of our cakes are filled and covered using our light and subtly sweet swiss meringue buttercream.Β  If your preference is forΒ the sweeter American buttercream, we can recommend other bakers who uses this as their base icing.
