A dense, rich white chocolate mud cake.

Great with all fillings!

Extremely light and fluffy vanilla sponge (not a super dense/moist cake due to its sponginess).

We recommend combining it with pretty much any filling for added taste/moisture besides nutella/biscoff due to the texture.

*PLEASE NOTE: this flavour cannot be iced very well as a 4-6 layer cake, semi naked cake, or number cake due to its sponginess. Cracks in the icing will be your worst enemy if you select vanilla sponge for anything other than a retro cake.

Add cream cheese filling to make it traditional (for the savoury lovers) or cookies & cream for a little crunch.

If you don't like cake but LOVE fudgey brownie! We can decorate over a brownie layers like we do with our cakes for any 2 layer cake styles only.

PLEASE NOTE: These cakes are made with brownie layers, not cake. Therefore they are harder than cake and will require storage for 2-4 hours at room temp to soften enough to cut before eating. Be prepared for a bit of a brownie mess!

We offer gluten-free (GF) and vegan cakes and cupcakes in both vanilla and chocolate flavours.

These cakes are sponges, not mud cakes.

We DO cater for customers with Gluten-free, nut free, dairy free and egg free PREFERENCES, however, Perth Cake Collective is not a Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Egg-Free, and/or Dairy-Free kitchen. Please be aware of this when ordering and before serving your cake/cupcakes to your guests. We do not take responsibility for negative allergy related issues or outcomes as we physically cannot specifically cater for allergies. If your guests are aware of the risk, we will always endeavour to ensure no contamination occurs during the making of your order.

All GF & Vegan products incur a fee starting from $22.

All of our cakes are filled and covered with our light, subtly sweet Swiss meringue buttercream.

If you prefer a sweeter American-style buttercream, we’re happy to recommend other local bakers who use it as their base icing.

If no filling is selected, your cake layers will be filled with our signature Swiss meringue buttercream by default.
