Hand made
All cakes are made to order and created by humans, not machines. There may be slight variances in colour and decoration, but we will always do our best to match it exactly!
Packaging
All cakes are presented on a white or black cake board in a box, which may be round or square depending on the design. This ensures the best support and protection for your cake during transport.
If you would like a specific shape or a clear acrylic cake board, please mention this when booking. Additional costs apply for custom acrylic boards.
T&Cs
Changes to your orders take our small team time that we quite often don’t have, and can increase the chances of errors. Please do not order your cake until you are 100% sure on the colours/text/size you need.
Any changes will incur a $11 admin fee. If a cake has to be made within 24 hours notice, a $25 rush fee applies. All cakes ordered after Monday 5pm for up until and including the following Tuesday incur a rush fee of $11.
Refunds incur a 25% deduction from the total amount to cover charges from our payment platforms and administrative costs. We would much prefer to provide you with a credit for future use, which avoids this deduction. However, please note, credits are subject to a $25 administration fee.
